Hiroto Yoshizoe

Hiroto is a designer with a strong background in spatial design, with experience working at Japan’s largest design company for architectural spaces and being involved in projects for urban development and commercial spaces as a freelancer.
His expertise in spatial design has influenced his personal designs and projects to focus on expansion and impact on society, and has helped form his unique prototype development process and passion for material exploration. His innovative designs are Inspired by primitive elements and natural phenomena, exploring themes such as “Fluidity”, “Movement” and “Time”, linking with Japanese traditional background and religious views, which has an intimate influence on his identity.
With numerous award wins and nominations with lighting design (“hymn” 2021) and architectural material (“PIXEL” 2017), Hiroto has successfully started his new journey as a designer outside of the spatial world.
